There is also 12000 closed tickets, with 1200 of them having been
closed in the last 6 months (well, having had activity in the last 6
month, but I guess that's almost equivalent).

The number of issues (open or closed) that have been created in the
last 6 months is about 1050.

The flow seems healthy to me.
