So, I think we're in agreement that the example is not ideal and can be very 
confusing. As Robert pointed out, there's already a ticket for the change at: 
https://fedorahosted.org/fpc/ticket/558, however it appears to have been 
inactive for months. Would you know what can be done to get the example fixed?
