wxFormDesigner is the best there is for wx. QtDesigner ditto for Qt. Glade ditto for GTK. To use them with Python, you should have the GUI saved in an xml resource (.xrc, .ui, or .glade respectively). -- http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/python-list
