Hi Sean, Thanks for your fast reply. This still doesn't seem to work. I also tried changing it to #!/usr/local/bin/python since it looks like the Python 2.5 items are actually in there. I'm starting to wonder if AppleScript's 'do shell script' command is actually looking in /usr/bin for Python by default?
