What happens if you type "python -m pip" ? Or "python3 -m pip"? Does
that invoke pip?

"python3 xyz" won't go on Windows. There are now three pip executables in the "Scripts" subfolder under the Python3.4 installation, pip.exe, pip3.exe and pip3.4.exe.
