Oh gosh, pictures of a new house. Why didn't you say so??? If you're sending pictures named "my_new_house1.jpg" etc then OF COURSE they have to be imbedded in a HTML email, otherwise how could anyone know what they were? > What if I am sending diagrams to help someone repair > their computer? Obviously you haven't been reading my emails, just reacting against them mindlessly. I use a mail client that gives me the choice of displaying or not displaying HTML emails. If there is no alternative to HTML, then I may _choose_ to render the HTML. But there is always an alternative. You can always send me a Word document, a PDF, an Powerpoint presentation showing the steps one per page, why the possibilities are endless. You could even send me a URL to a webpage. -- Steven. -- http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/python-list
