What's the current state of this (#875109), and what's the plan for
buster? Are we going to have python-qt4 in buster as-is, or will
pyqt (have to) depend on libqt5?

Same question for pyside with #875122, might this be present as-is
or is it clear that anything (build-)depending on libqt4* will be
dropped for buster?

I'd appreciate any hints, because applications that use PyQt or
Pyside work fine right now, but if any of those packages get removed
from/for Debian buster then this might surprise all the users of
those frameworks/libraries.
