In Buster we will probably ship Qt 4 / PyQt 4 as is, but we strongly
recommend all maintainers to port their packages to Qt 5, PyQt 5 or
PySide 2.

Qt 4 and PyQt 4 are supplied without any support, and we will not fix
any bugs there.

PySide 1 will not be shipped with Buster.
