python-qt4 fails to build using -jX. It uses debian/tmp for several
parallel executed rules (install-arch-%).
Thanks for your report. Could you justify "Severity: serious"? While
support for parallel builds is a nice thing, I believe it is not
mandated in the Debian Policy.
