that would be better indeed, so we could use our review process to comment
on your patch. On your side you could use either mq or pyves' evolve/obsolete
extensions (http://hg-lab.logilab.org/doc/mutable-history/html/). If you don't
know mq, go straitght to evolve/obsolete which are the future way to go!

If that's to much burden, we can still work with patches sent through email ;)
