me too. Because I stated some scripts with maya 2011 and when I tried them out in 2012, they where working bad. So I was about to go crazy saying to my self: " I didn´t change any part of the code!!?? what is goin on?!". I rewied my scripts over and over and everything was ok, but the weren ´t working properly. Then I saw that automatically orient joint was on. Cheers
