Hi Guys, I'm not concerned, at least for now, about writing plugins! As far 
as I know my goal is not to become an RnD guy but AN EXPERT at 3D rigging.
I just need to write utility scripts which I can use in my daily tasks.
So I need to know how to write a tool which transfer weights from one 
deformer to another (Serializing and Deserializing,...),  how to mirror 
cluster,  deltaMush weights and so on. 
But all of this need to be done with OpenMaya because It will help me to 
start learning it.
For instance, when I started to write a simple renamer tool using pymel and 
PySide2  it helped me to start understanding how to mix maya.cmds and 
OpenMayaUI so now I want the same approach but for deformers.
