Please post bug reports, with logs, for any occurrences of Pytrainer crashing. This worries me. What version of Pytrainer are you using? The new automated upgrade system probably does not work with versions older than 1.7.0. I had assumed there are no more users on the 1.6.x versions and did not bother implementing upgrade scripts for them. Regarding the original thread topic, it's clear from the Debian perspective we cannot drop support for the older version of sqlalchemy-migrate.
