As far as I know Garmin Forerunner 305 stores up to 1000 laps data and when it needs more space starts deleting old (lap) entries. > I would now like to actually delete all data on the watch to start again. > But I found no way to do so. Naming may vary as I have my unit in spanish, but please have a look at the following step by step mini guide: 1.- Start your fore 305 and go to "History" menu, you will see all sports you have saved your workouts under, including "Other". 2.- Going to each one will show you a new screen where "Delete..." option is at the bottom. 3.- Selecting "Delete..." option will forward you to a last screen where you can remove all workouts saved under selected sport. 4.- Repeat operation from #2 for all sports shown in step #1 Hope it helps, David ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Write once.
