Just wondering what people are currently using to download tracks from their garmin devices.
I have a garmin 305, and I used to use garmintools but the most recent version I could find for my F18 machine was garmintools-0.10-4.fc14.x86_64 and it doesn't seem to be working (still trying to track down the problem). The closest version of gpsbabel I could find is gpsbabel-1.3.5-beta20080121.i386 but pytrainer requires an exact match, I could try rebuilding and installing the package myself but it seems a bit of a hassle. In either case it's the choice of a project that looks to have been dead since 2009, or an obsolete version of another project.
