Yes, testlibusb-win.exe does not produce any output other than the app version numbers at the top of the window. The bin I've downloaded is libusb-win32-device-bin-20100519. I've tried completely uninstalling pyusb, python & libusb and re-installing in order libusb, python, pyusb but still get the same result.
