Bear in mind windows backend is not finished yet and as far as I know,
not even integrated in the mainline source code, probably because of
that you didn't find much information. Libusb guys are polite people
and always open to hear suggestion from their users, you may feed them
with your feedback from user point of view.

I don't think is a good idea to fork info from libusb inside PyUSB
docs. A better approach is point it out to install info in libusb
docs.
