Thanks for being persistent about the WinUSB.

Got my devices responding to usb.core.find(). Finally realized that in Windows, 
to access any device using the Python LibUSB you need to make that device 
accessible through Windows to your Python program. This is done by using 
"install-filter-win.exe".
To get it, I downloaded libusb-win32-bin-1.2.5.zip from
 http://sourceforge.net/projects/libusb-win32/files/libusb-win32-releases.
