TASK DESCRIPTION
To solve T173498 there are two major things needed: an access to Travis-CI account and credentials to Pywikibot-test user on WM projects. The latter is stored in pywikibot tool, to which only inactive and almost inaccessible former Pywikibot developers have an access. Therefore I politely request tool access for at least @Xqt and @Dalba, currently the most active pywikibot developers; and not necessary but possibly also for me (@Dvorapa) to resolve the issue.
