CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION
To solve T173498 there are two major things needed: an access to Travis-CI account and credentials to P, T192732 and T192733 there are some major parts needed from pywikibot-test usert tool on WM projectsToolforge, e.g. The latter is stored in pcredentials to Pywikibot tool,t-test user on WM projects. to whichThe access to the tool only have inactive and almost inaccessible former Pywikibot developers have an access. Therefore I politely request tool access for at least @Xqt and @Dalba, currently the most active pywikibot developers; and not necessary but possibly also for me (@Dvorapa), and not necessary but possibly also for me (@Dvorapa)@Framawiki and @Zhuyifei1999 to resolve the issues.
