My shell is now always reporting "Warming up" since I upgraded to pyzo 4.80. I understand that this may be due to "Firewall rules blocking the IDE from talking to the kernel", but what is missing from previous posts is how to fix the problem. I don't see anything in my firewall rules that would preclude connection, and I have put the pyzo and python executables on the "allow" list. Any hints? I am on Windows 10 ver 1903 if that matters.
