There's a similar report here: https://github.com/pyzo/pyzo/issues/644

Since there are suddenly more reports, I don't think this is related to a 
firewall anymore. There's a potential fix listed there. If you could try that 
and report back (on the issue or here), that might help get this problem fixed 
- unfortunately I am unable to reproduce the problem myself.
