Introduce a new functional test for AST2700 multi-SoCs. The test includes booting ast2700 with bmc image on ca35 cores and booting ssp/tsp firmware on cm4 cores. Assets for SDK and SSP/TSP images are downloaded from AspeedTech-BMC's OpenBmc release page.
