I did a "quick" review (2h...) and couldn't spot anything beside few typos w.r.t. the spec. The overall logic LGTM. Better if someone else can have a closer look at ARMCPRegInfo fields checked, but since this is experimental anyway I don't see any issue having it merged for 11.2. My 2 cents ;)
