The three missing files should be there now... 'sagacommand.py' contains the code that runs saga_cmd. I think that module will change a lot, though. I'll first define an interface for a "sagaprovider" class or something, and implement both saga_cmd and saga_api versions of it.
Some paths are hard-coded in the current version, like the location of the saga modules [sagacommand.py], and saga_cmd must be in PATH.
