I keep without solution.
In the GRASS toolbox you should find r.to.vect.point as well as
r.to.vect.line and r.to.vect.area.
Go to the "Modules List" tab in the GRASS Toolbox, and type in the
text line at the bottom of the window: "r.to.vect". You should then
see all three.
