The Grass toolbox appears inactive. The image that I georeferenced does not origin in Grass. It was an jpg image. I selected the layer with raster image, click in Grass plugin and the toolbox stay disabled.

At least I don't finding. I keep without solution. In the GRASS toolbox you should find r.to.vect.point as well as r.to.vect.line and r.to.vect.area.
