Hi, You seem to use "localhost" as a servername. If you use a different machine, localhost means something else.
You should either use a central PostgreSQL database in your network and address it by its name, or you must have the exact same PostgreSQL setup on the other machine. Alternatively you may use a PostgreSQL service name, where the service definition is defined on each machine and can point to different servers.
