Happy to report that these parameter change related issues (the one's I
tested at least) are indeed fixed with upgrading Processing from 2.9.2
to 2.9.3.

Correct. Please report all issues - note however that most should have
been fixed in the very latest version of the plugin, please upgrade it
first of all.
