Hm, the problem seems to be that it's to much to ask a user to select one
unique key field of a view.  Doesn't this make it even worse?

Letting him select multiple columns in the selection dialog and using those to
produce a unique feature id should be a relatively small task (pktFidMap is
already there, combobox can have checkable items), but doesn't solve the
problem at hand.
