Unfortunately that link goes back to NBN and a page that no longer exists so presumably it is the same dataset. Qgis gives various errors depending on the analysis but always with those 8 VC's, when trying 'check validity' it says there is a problem with self intersection. Not sure how to fix this as it is not obvious when you zoom in on the polygons.
