Hey Ho, the struggle continues
To be honest here QPC2 makes so much more sense. I don't know who said time is money (watchmakers probably) but you can achieve all you want with QPC2 without any other programs being needed.

Yes, the simple beauty of a software solution over a hardware solution.

Another advantage is the ease of having an emulator of several machines.
