No, this is not what's it doing: QLiberator wants 2 parameters, one for the offset of an initialisation routine that should NOT contain a call to sb.inipr and one for the procedure/function table in a format suitable for sb.inipr, so that QLiberator can link in the functions itself. The EasyPtr extensions provide 2 entry points: 0 and 4. 0 does the same initialisation that 4 does, but additionally has a call to sb.inipr so that the file can just be LRESPRed to link in the basic functions.
