My favourite was a disgruntled secretary who was used as a typist in
Ford KD operations in the late 60s.

We produced charts with "Shipping Date"

These were typed by her as "Shitting Date" and not spotted.
We were -sure- she did it intentionally - t is an awful long way from p.
