Thunderbird at least recognises them, but what are the double quotes
doing there? It looks absolutely fine if you delete those, doesn't it?

Talking of the wrong words, CPC (used to be the main QL parts supplier)
said in their flyer "These clippers will save 20% energy". They were
branch loppers with a rachet lever action.
I am about to write to them asking them to patent this - they will earn
millions. They have just re-written Newtonian mechanics.
They meant 'force' of course!
