Nothing I know of.  As fas as I am aware, all sH does is stuff the
keyboard buffer.  I have never seen anything like this.  Do characters
appear correctly, even if auto-repeated?

I doubt if it is the keyboard as that has nothing to do with cursor
flashing.   What is the ROM?  That though seems unlikely, as once SMSQ/E
is loaded, the hardware ROM is effectively not there.

Try it with a raw boot - ie load *nothing* except the sH driver.  Then
try with SMSQ/E but still load nothing else.

Don't forget the sH driver as you will then have *no* keyboard, which I
guess is marginally worse (8-)#

It is more likely to be a software issue I think.
