Google (amongst others) often blacklist whole ISPs if they detect any
one of the ISPs
customers is the source of spam. Of course this is usually because their
machines have been hijacked.
This kind of unintelligent blocking is compromising the whole email
system. I for one now *never* rely on email for important info.
