Sorry to contradict you, but ARGOS (Thor XVI) is one such system that
would halt the job on such a uninitialized TRAP, dumping all the
registers to the screen and setting the priority of the offending job
to 0...
... the later versions (7.6 +) of QMENU (the ones Bob referred to)
refuse to load on non-SMSQ/E systems anyway.
Also, it would cause problems on systems with a monitor loaded.
Depends on the monitor ... with QMON, TL (trace level) setting
needs to be adjusted too in order to trigger it, otherwise it
will be ignored.
