There must have been some, otherwise I would certainly not have gone to the trouble of testing different sizes! Nor, i suspect, would Mark Knight. I think that QXL did not have PE with SMSQ. What about Aurora? Both have larger screen sizes than 512x256. But, as usual, I'm probably wrong.
