Hi Davide,

The QL2 will store its OS in flashable ROM. Minerva will be the default
operating system, which can be used as a bootstrap to launch SMSQ/E. If
SMSQ/E is ported to the platform (which shouldn't be difficult), it would
probably be possible to flash it so it becomes the default OS on power-on.
We might also move to make it the default OS.

Why Minerva? QDOS is less refined. Minerva already works on the system and
fits in the allocated 48K. It's a good platform for basic testing. SMSQ/E
would require a little work to port. It is >48K or even 64K.
