Hi Wolfang,

I think that possibility would be pretty nice, probably this can be done in
any case with virtual devices like pth (didn't try yet) but having this
possibility as native option could make things easier.

yes, that's entirely correct.

I the demand exists, I might add support for backing up individual dirs.
