I have just added the details to the forum - unfortunately, although I am not certain why Quanta don't want the link to be made public (as such) - search engines will find it thanks to the link appearing in this list and on the forum.... I am just not certain why Quanta think the link would be open to abuse by members of the public - if they pay for a meal and then do not attend the event, they can hardly claim through PayPal that goods were not delivered!
