If no-one volunteers, my BBS is such a system - with an analogue I/F.
It may be some time though before I can do it - I am ludicrously busy
right now.  I would have to set up sound output.
The bus is only 100k bits ps max, so the net output is pretty low
quality (probably less than telephone!)
