Hi Rainer,

as the track filter is a very easy to understand file that allows everyone to 
contribute without digging thru tons of my code, I ask everyone to implement 
wishes for the filter himself. The last add-on, the angle filter, was 
contributed by that way. 

Thus if you want a special feature from GPSBabel analyse their code and port 
the algorithm to QLGT. If you need any explanation about the code or the tool 
chain you are welcome to ask.
