Hi, the output comes from a "tcpdump" packet capture using some common
parameters,  namely the usual ones to specify which interface to bind to,
and "-A", which tries to dump packages in ASCII format. Useful for
protocolos in plain text, like http.

I guess the server indeed supports protocol version 1.3.0, if not, it would
most likely complain when asked for that version. What seems to be
happening is QLGT (the GDAL libraries to be precise) is not honoring the
CRS tag in the XML file, doesn't create the request URL as it should, and
so the destination server refuses to respond.

Glad it helped, enjoy the maps. You may want to improve, document and
sanitize the XML files a bit and then submit them to the list, so the
authors can pick them and include in the project's home page, for them to
be available right from the "Load Online Map" option, available starting
with the latest 1.5.0 version.
