The SONAME changes will be included in the next Routino release, but are
already included in the routino 3.0 Debian package, so we don't have to
wait for the Routino release before we can update the qmapshack package.
The new routino packages needs to be reviewed by the Debian FTP masters
before they'll be available in the archive, so we still need a little
more patience before we can update QMapShack too.
