Hi,

I have a handful of map images, potentially overlapping, and I want to
combine them in one raster map - can this be achieved with the qmaptool
georeference dialog? Seems it can't do it: I can load several images,
but they are exported individually and not combined.

The intention is mainly to avoid image editing and get the job done
indirectly by georeferencing.

Of course I know can load multiple raster maps into qms, but I want to
avoid the mess with too many individual files, and since the pieces
belong together anyway, it would be good if they could be combined on
the file level. I know that's not a trivial task when images overlap.

If it's not possible, what is a good workflow to achieve the goal? Do I
have to start gimp and move the pieces around manually to glue them
together, or is there a more intelligent way?

TIA,

Michael.
