i am.
if i remember correctly:
- get the qmail source (in qmail-src package) and unpack it.
- apply the ldap patch
- apply the ldap-control patch
- apply the debian patch (in qmail-src package); it might fail in one or two
files, check them, the patches should already have been applied
- apply the ldap-control-debdir patch
There are still some small things to fix, but it wasn't hard to build clean
debian packages afterwards.
