I don't think this tagging-and-bouncing is a good idea.
Most mails coming from open relays don't have a correct return path and
often go to wrong addresses (like most spam does...)
So tagging them, then bouncing will sent them to the postmaster.
I'm already enough annoyed by bounced spam...
Whereas if the mails are rejected upon connect the postmaster of the
relaying site will get them - and hopefully close his open relay and stop
this spam source.
You could argue that my user's might automatically delete tagged mails, so i
don't get these bounces - that does not give accidentially rejected user's a
feedback that they should complain to their provider.
