I'm planning a patch that would allow them to use the mailalternateaddress
attribute (mail doesn't make sense for us as this is a kind of internal
address they never see, but that should be extendibale easily) as optional
authname soon. I won't do this until the next patch is out, though, as I'm
planning some more reworking then.
